I understand that a non-refundable deposit in the amount indicated in my quote will be required to secure my booking, and that payment of the deposit is not a confirmation of my vacation. *Upon receipt of this form, Rocky Train Vacations will provide an invoice with confirmation of my vacation within 24 hours.

I understand that, as per Rocky Train Vacations terms and conditions, once I have received an invoice with confirmation of my vacation, all payments made are non-refundable. I also understand that after final payment has been made 70 days before my trip, modifications are not permitted.

I understand that Rocky Train Vacations highly recommends travel insurance to protect my investment should I need to cancel my vacation due to unforeseen circumstances. *Insurance coverage depends on your provider.
