The American Rocky Mountaineer LLC ("ARM"), operator of the Canyon Spirit train makes reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions, but cannot guarantee that meals will be free from allergens or cross-contamination within the supply chain or during preparation. ARM does not assume liability for allergic reactions or adverse health effects.

As your safety is our primary concern, if ARM determines they cannot safely satisfy your dietary needs, they reserve the right to decline food service. In such cases, guests may bring their own food; however, for safety reasons, ARM cannot handle, store, or prepare any personal food items.

Guests with severe allergies are strongly advised to carry an epinephrine auto-injector at all times and travel with a companion trained to assist them. Please be aware that significant portions of the rail journey occur in remote areas where access to external medical assistance may be limited or delayed.
